SixSigma Trainings
Six Sigma is a quality management method, and also stands for a statistical quality objective. In our SixSigma training you will learn the description, measurement, analysis, improvement and monitoring of processes and business transactions by statistical means. Please use the acquired knowledge to reduce the scattering and the errors in processes, products and services and increase the operating efficiency.

Blackbelt Training
Our training deepen the skills of the participants as a successful project manager. Based on our Greenbelt training you will learn more SixSigma tools, such as from the fields Statistics, statistical experimental design (DoE) and statistical process control (SPC).
Our courses are based on short training sessions (max three days). The acquired knowledge can then be applied in practice immediately.
We also work with other leading companies in this area (DGQ, SAS Institute GmbH).
Greenbelt Training
Here we teach you the basics of the SixSigma system and the methodological expertise necessary for the phases defining, measuring and analysis of a SixSigma project.
On the basis of application-oriented examples, the participants systematically learn the basic tools of the SixSigma methodology.
We also work with other leading companies in this area (DGQ, SAS Institute GmbH).
